I have numerous issues of note that I plan to blog about shortly; a couple of shoe reviews mainly and a little about how my running is going of late. For now though I thought I would share an article brought to my attention this morning…

No, barefoot running isn’t for everyone. A lot of people would prefer to run in shoes undoubtedly. However, if they thought it was the shoes that were injuring them would they continue to wear them? I look at it differently nowadays. I think the better I can feel the ground beneath my feet then the more carefully my mind and body will control the running in order to avoid injury. It works for me, or at least the results so far are very encouraging indeed and I’m enjoying my running like never before.
