A Relaxing Five
A Relaxing Five
A very enjoyable relaxing run. Feet felt tense for the first half of a mile until I managed to get them to relax. I’m getting better at this, and it pleases me greatly.
Just a bit of a twinge when I got home and was walking upstairs – from the nerve on left side of left foot again. Rest of me feels great and I feel like I can ease back nto training gradually. I have a nice little hilly 10k on Sunday to help me with the easing back in nicely
I ran 5.07 miles in 38:59 @7:41 pace and 72%WHR on a hilly course.

I was thinking about humility, the human ego, perception and those insoles that sense your bodyweight. I will blog more about these things when I have knocked something coherent together.
