Any physical activity has a risk of damage to property, personal injury or death. Running is no exception – Participate at your own risk!
Naturally, I recommend that you use common sense when embarking on any changes to your fitness regime – consult a doctor if you haven’t done any exercise in a while! To anyone else I suggest that they do everything gradually, practice patience and give themselves time to get used to new movement patterns.
I cannot be held responsible for what anyone does after reading anything here or even after seeing me. Accidents can happen and it is everyone’s personal responsibility to look after themselves.
Use the information on these web pages at your own risk. Any advice I give is on the understanding that I will not be held liable for any personal loss or injury suffered while trying to implement what I have advised. So many people interpret what folk say to them differently with sometimes unpredictable results.
I do however, try my very best to make sure I give people sensible, honest and realistic advice and will always strive to act appropriately to an individual and their personal circumstances. Ultimately though, I cannot make absolutely sure that you run properly when I’m not there, so be careful!
