Barefoot Drilling
I just had to blog about this! I don’t actually do these drills to the letter. However, I do regular barefoot runs and focus on relaxing my feet. Look at this . Interesting isn’t it?
At least once weekly I go up to our local cricket pitch, take off my shoes, walk around, relax the feet and do some running. I run slow to start with then I run a few laps as fast as I can without pushing. I just run like the little boy.
I spend most of my time barefoot now though; since working from home I have a new found freedom and my feet are thanking me for it.
